How do you list the ingredients in order by weight when the recipe is in cups/spoons? I'm new at this and trying to learn and can't find any information on it. Not sure how to convert recipes to weight either. Thanks!!

Perfect recipe. I’ve made such nice macarons following these steps after failing multiple times. There’s one thing she hasn’t mentioned which is: leave your macarons in the fridge after assembling for 24 hours to mature if you want them to be soft.

I’m in the process of making these right now, and already I can see a very big difference in my meringue, it’s so voluminous, and I had way more than usual. I had to use 4 sheets. I usually get hollow macarons so I figured I’m doing something wrong with the meringue, and I feel so good about this batch.
